On the centenary of the foundation of the Disciples of the Divine Master and to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Sacrosanctum Concilium, more than sixty Disciples of the Divine Master, some coming from different nations in the world, and representatives of the various institutes of the Pauline Family, will meet in Ariccia (RM) from the 28th January – 03rd February 2024 at the Divine Master House to deepen the theme “The voice of woman in the ministries of the Church. A synodal dialogue“, which will be developed during the event starting from the Scriptures, the Vatican Council Il and the charismatic legacy of Blessed James Alberione.
The meeting aims to:
- Listen, with attention and respect, to the voice of women in a ministerial and missionary Church, in synodal style and in dialogue with other Christian denominations;
- Deepen the theme and practice of ecclesial ministries, particularly those exercised by women in the Church of yesterday and today, according to specific cultural contexts;
- To initiate transformative and generative processes that favour courageous choices for the mission of the Disciples of the Divine Master in the life of the Church, in the Pauline Family, in a more participative and Samaritan form.
