Hereby a good practice from the Archdiocese of Washington (US).
After the parish listening session phase, the Archdiocese is moving to the regional listening session phase. The regional listening sessions will bring together members of the clergy, religious and laity to share with each other what they heard and discerned in the parish listening sessions. After this period of listening to the fruit of the parish listening sessions, the participants in the regional listening sessions will then discern together how the Holy Spirit is calling the archdiocese to be more synodal.
To help the facilitation of such regional listening session, the Archdiocese has provided a special guide, available here
