Goals of the Mexican Synodal Resource:

1. ✨ Form diocesan synodal teams to guide and coordinate the process
2. ✨ Cultivate synodal spirituality in bishops, clergy, consecrated life, and laity
3. ✨ Promote formation through reflection, workshops, and courses
4. ✨ Integrate synodality into pastoral plans, not as a parallel program
5. ✨ Create safe spaces for dialogue, discernment, and diverse voices
6. ✨ Evaluate the journey using Gospel-based criteria etc
