The Evangelii Gaudium Centre of the Sophia University Institute is offering a Workshop on Facilitation in the context of synodal processes in the Church.
The workshop is the final module for students enrolled in the course on synodality offered by the Centre in collaboration with the General Secretariat of the Synod, but it is also open to anyone (priests, religious and consecrated persons, pastoral workers and lay people) interested in becoming experts in facilitation in their own environments.
The three-day workshop will consist of plenary sessions and group work, with time dedicated to personal reflection and the practice of skills and competencies. The workshop will be led by expert Andrew Spiteri, former facilitator of the XVI Assembly, together with teachers from the Centre.
