The National Synod Team of the Philippines has prepared a summary report for the implementation phase in the country.
The report witnesses the new programs, processes and structures due to synodality, but also the challenges and difficulties in the implementation; the emerging questions; the post-synodal Church and so on..
Part of the report is dedicated to enlighten the elements of a synodal Church, the formation for conversion and mission, accountability and collaborative leadership governance structures, inclusive participation… always pointing out the convergences reached and the matters of consideration.
This Summary Report constitutes a good example of appropriating the themes of the Final Document, contextualising them in the reality of the Philippines. In short, a good example to follow!
