Over 400 pastoral workers from the twelve deaneries of the @Archdiocese of Lima gathered for a School for the Facilitators’ Meeting, a key step in preparing for the upcoming Parish Synodal Assemblies. Organized by the Archdiocesan Commission on Synodality, the event fostered community and trained facilitators in their vital role.

Participants practiced the “Conversation in the Spirit” method, learning to guide parish discussions through prayer, deep listening, and communal discernment.
