O Lord, You are the Way
You want us to be a Pilgrim Church,
a Church that walks with Christ,
for Christ and in Christ.
Grant us your Spirit of Love,
so that we may go forward
following your steps towards the heavenly Kingdom.
Help us to live strongly believing
that we are wanderers and strangers in this world,
People of God walking together.
Today, we pray for those who walk
compelled by war and hunger,
may they find in their journey welcome,
compassion, patience and solidarity.
Help us to build synodality also
as a concrete path of openness, mutual support
and communion with the entire human family.
