The Women Organization Conference ministers to women who long for greater opportunities to serve the church and live out their vocations. The organisation is actively encouraging their members to engage locally in their parishes, or through small groups on their own.
WOC has created various resources with the hope of empowering women to participate, and would like to share them with more people.
The resources on our website include:
- A toolkit, covering the history of synods (what they are and are not), the questions of this synodal process, highlights from the Vatican’s synod documents, ways to discern participation, and opportunities to connect with other Catholic women on this journey.
- Monthly listening session opportunities (in English and Spanish) via Zoom taking place throughout 2022. (Our staff have completed a Synod Facilitator Training call with Bob Choiniere, DMin, at Fordham University).
